  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 package mini pie shells
  • 15 ounces solid pack pumpkin
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Instructions

1. Start by mixing the pumpkin, sugar, and eggs. 2. Mix in the evaporated milk. 3. Then mix in the maple syrup, ground cinnamon, ginger, and salt.d salt. 4. Mix well. 5. Take your uncooked mini pie shell. 6. Fill your pie shell with pumpkin pie filling. 7. Place in the oven or the basket, and set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 10  minutes. The middle should be set when you finish cooking it. If not, add a few more minutes. Then let cool before serving (about 30 minutes)
