Add cans of fire roasted tomatoes and crushed tomatoes before stirring in chilis, fresh herbs and spices. Bring the mixture to a boil before leaving it to thicken while simmering. Add the lentils and while the sauce cooks, spiralize some zoodles (noodles made from zucchini – gettit?) to serve with the lentil bolognese. 3.
