Instructions
1. This is a 30 Minute Spicy Lentil Bolognese that will be putting in a regular appearance in your kitchen. It is super quick and easy to make. It’s very filling too and completely vegan which makes it the number one summer dinner recipe in my kitchen. 2. To make this bolognese, start by sautéing onions and garlic. Add cans of fire roasted tomatoes and crushed tomatoes before stirring in chilis, fresh herbs and spices. Bring the mixture to a boil before leaving it to thicken while simmering. Add the lentils and while the sauce cooks, spiralize some zoodles (noodles made from zucchini – gettit?) to serve with the lentil bolognese. 3.
