Ingredients

  • 1 Tsp. Ground Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Orange Juice
  • 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter Creamy
  • 1/2 Lb. Jumbo shrimp (Raw; peeled)
  • 2/3 Cup Teriyaki Sauce

Instructions

1. Peel the shrimp, wash and set aside. 2. Thread the shrimp with desired vegetables. Set on the air fryer skewer rack. 3. Combine the teriyaki sauce, cayenne pepper, peanut butter, orange juice, and garlic in a bowl. Mix well. Reserve about 1/3 cup in a separate small bowl for dipping and set aside. 4. Base the skewers with the dipping sauce with a brush. 5. Cook for 10 minutes on 360 degrees. 6. Serve warm as a side and enjoy.
