"Arroz con Leche" (Rice Pudding)

Ingredients
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 Lemon
- 1.5 liter Milk
- 1 Orange
- 150 gram White Rice
- 120 gram Granulated Sugar
Instructions
1. Peel the Lemon (1) and Orange (1). Reserve the peels. Add the Milk (1.5 L), White Rice (150 g), lemon peel, orange peel, and Cinnamon Stick (1) to a saucepan. Cook over low heat for 45 minutes. Stirring every 5 minutes. 2. This is the appearance it will have after 45 minutes. 3. Add Granulated Sugar (120 g) while stirring. The amount is subjective. If you have a sweet tooth, you can add more sugar. 4. Cook it for 10 more minutes until you have a delicious Arroz con Leche. 5. Distribute rice pudding into eight dessert glasses. 6. You can place plastic wrap over the top surface of the pudding to prevent a crust forming as the pudding cools. 7. Place in the fridge until needed. The flavour improves over time. 8. Serve with Ground Cinnamon (to taste) sprinkled on top. Enjoy this splendid and easy dessert as we do. I hope you like it!
