  • 1/2 Cup Maida/All Purpose Flour

  • 1/4 Cup Jaggery Syrup
  • Milk (As required)

Instructions

1. In a pan, take all ingredients listed under ' for stuffing'. 2. Cook in medium flame till it comes to a single mass. 3. If you are using frozen coconut, thaw it before cooking. 4. Remove the stuffing to a plate and let it cool. 5. In a bowl take all ingredients under ' For batter'. 6. Mix it and add milk slowly till it forms a thin batter. 7. Heat a tava and smear ghee/Clarified butter. 8. Pour a ladle of batter and swirl the tava, so the batter spreads thin evenly. 9. When the bubbles appear on the pancake,flip it over the other side and cook for a minute. 10. Remove it to a plate. 11. Place one tablespoon of stuffing and wrap it from the sides and roll it to make parcels. 12. Repeat it with the remaining batter and stuffing.Serve warm with tea.
