Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the brown sugar, flour, and chopped pecans. 2. Then mix in the butter and eggs, mix well. 3. Spray your muffin tins with olive oil spray. 4. Pour your batter into the prepared muffin cups. 5. Set your muffin holder into the air fryer basket or tray. 6. Set your air fryer (air fryer setting) to 320 degrees F, for 12 minutes. Then insert a toothpick in the center of one of the muffins, if it comes out clean, they are done. If not, add a few minutes of air frying. (the exact time will depend on your model) 7. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
